When drainage is done right, you do it once. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every single job. No cutting corners, no cheap materials, no questionable installs that fail the first time a heavy rain rolls through.

Here's what a proper french drain system actually looks like mid-install. Heavy-duty filter fabric wrapped cleanly around the trench, quality drain pipe laid in, gravel bed packed in tight, and a surface catch basin tied into the system. Every component serves a purpose. Nothing is thrown in just to fill space.

The filter fabric is one of those things homeowners don't always think about, but it's critical. It keeps fine soil and sediment from migrating into the gravel bed and clogging the pipe over time. Skip it or go cheap on it, and you're looking at a system that fails within a few years. We don't do that.

We use NDS-quality components because the products matter as much as the installation. A french drain is only as good as the materials holding it together and the hands putting it in the ground. We take both seriously.

Drainage problems don't fix themselves, and a bad install just delays the same problem coming back - usually worse. When we put in a system, the goal is simple: it works, and it keeps working.
